Yes. You can provide us with your organization's logo, brand artwork, or a custom message to be printed on the product. For bamboo products, we use laser engraving to create a durable and professional finish. Examples of our laser-engraved mugs and bottles can be viewed on the respective product pages. Before production, we will review your artwork and confirm the appropriate logo size and placement to ensure it fits properly on the product surface.

Once your order is confirmed, our standard lead time is approximately 45–60 days, including product preparation, customization/laser engraving, and shipping to Canada. Our products are sourced from India and China and are primarily shipped by sea freight. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, port congestion, geopolitical events, or disruptions to shipping routes. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take an additional 1–2 weeks. We always make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, and in some cases, orders may arrive earlier. Need your order faster? Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost. Depending on the order and destination, air freight may reduce the delivery timeframe to approximately 25–45 days.

Yes. We ship our products to locations throughout Canada and the United States. Delivery times to the USA may vary depending on the destination and the customs clearance process. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges will depend on the destination and order terms.

Yes. We can provide individual product samples so you can evaluate the quality, finish, and design before placing a larger order. Sample orders are subject to the cost of the product and applicable shipping charges. For customized samples, additional customization charges may apply depending on the product and requirements.

Once your order is finalized, a purchase agreement/contract will be signed and a purchase order will be confirmed. Our standard payment terms are: 50% advance payment is required to begin order preparation and customization. The advance payment is made by Interac e-Transfer to our company business account in Montreal. Once the advance payment is received, we begin product preparation and laser engraving. The remaining 50% balance is due before or at the time of delivery, as specified in the purchase agreement.

Because customized products are laser engraved specifically for your organization, they cannot normally be resold to another customer once customization has begun. Therefore, payments are non-refundable once customization/laser engraving has started, except where otherwise specified in the purchase agreement. If products are received damaged, please notify us and provide clear photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery. For verified damaged products, we will provide an appropriate refund or replacement limited to the quantity of damaged items, rather than the value of the entire order. Terms and conditions applicable to your specific order will be outlined in the purchase agreement.

We believe in zero plastic and are deeply committed to keeping our products as natural as possible. The overwhelming majority of what we offer is bamboo, wood or grass based with biodegradable packaging. We use a very minimal amount of plastic — and only where it is truly necessary, such as a bottle lid or nylon bristles on a toothbrush. We are constantly exploring alternatives to eliminate even that.

Bamboo is naturally durable and antimicrobial. For gift recipients, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and air drying. Care instructions are included with every order.

All orders are processed as organizational purchases. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will work to resolve it per the terms agreed at time of purchase.
